This place is really cool. It was clean and decorated nicely. The location is awesome just a few min to the beach and great restaurants. Chad was a great host and gave good local recommendations.

This place was such a fun stay .. huge, colorful, and full of a tropical vibe. The beach is an easy 7- 8 mins walk and the best part is how close it is to a lively beach town market (about 3 minutes) with coffee, donuts, live music and bars. The pool and jacuzzi were comfortably heated and electric (not solar), which honestly made a big difference for us. We needed laundry detergent and even though it wasn’t stocked.. it was delivered within an hour, which we really appreciated. The only downside was the 10 am checkout .. it felt very early for a vacation stay and there wasn’t any flexibility. Other than that, we truly loved the place and had a great time.

My wife and I stopped over here for a night on a car tour of Florida. The place was very clean and a convenient walk to the tiki bar. I would recommend it to anyone and would stay again!

Celebrated my birthday here with a group of friends for a weekend trip! The pool and hot tubs were amazing amenities, and the location to bars, restaurants, and the beach could not be beat. Chad was a super responsive host as well.

Chad's house was everything we expected and more. We were traveling with a very curious, mobile, independent minded 10 month old and this house was perfect. With the fun colors and different textures throughout, my Grandson was never without something new to experience inside the house alone. The open concept was great for him to explore freely and we never had to worry. Everybody loved the pool and hot tub. Both very clean, warm and inviting. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and gift shops. The little donut place on the corner is a must! We met Suzanne when we arrived. She was so amazing and helpful as well. She communicated with us via text and phone conversation. Wonderful woman. We are already talking about our next trip and plan to stay here again.

This was a great deal for the location! Just a short walk to one of the best beaches in the world! It’s a cozy, funky little place that was very clean and well kept. There’s a nice little private outdoor area with a covered hot tub and some chairs with a roller cart you can take to the beach. There’s also some great restaurants, shops and bars within walking distance.

Great place! Would definitely stay again. Place was just steps to the beach and downtown, perfect spot for our favorite beach. Great pool and hot tub amenities when we weren’t at the beach. Highly recommend!

Great location !!! Beach access 9 was 2 houses to the right and across the street and a n absolutely gorgeous beach entrance. In walking distance of the main village area, but just far enough away to be at peace. The space was very functional for our family of four and the hosts were very accommodating ( shout out to Suzanne ). The wall art was very interesting , in a good way. Some of the furniture was worn, but most was in good condition. The pool and hot tub were a plus and a lot of fun. A great time was had by all…
