We had an amazing vacation it was like paradise! Loved everything about the place, but accommodations were unbelievably peaceful and a hot tub and pool just made the trip complete. Super close to Crescent beach, what restaurants and shops everything was perfect🌞🧡🌞

We had a 3-generations family stay at Chad's place and had a delightful stay. It was close to the beach, shops and restaurants but was quiet and peaceful. We loved the whimsical decor and, most of all, the private swimming pool and hot tub. Chad and his co-host, Suzanne, were helpful and responsive but never intrusive.

The Place to Be has everything you need for a great time at Siesta Key. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect, right across the street from the best beach, close to the Village with lots of great food and drinks. The murals at the house were stunning creating an amazing beach ambiance. We will definitely look to stay here in the future.

Chad's place was wonderful! We were first timers to Siesta Key and it was so hard to find something without knowing the area so I relied heavily on reviews. This house fit the bill. Like another reviewer said, it's across the street and 2 houses from the public beach access. Just a couple of minutes walk and you're on the beach! Restaurants were about 8-10 minute walk, the free trolley stop is 2 houses down. Pool is shared with 1 other tenant but each unit gets their own hot tub which has a privacy curtain. Backyard is spacious, pool is heated, plenty of lounge chairs, picnic seating etc. The house was VERY clean. Outdoor seating is plentiful on the porch. It was ecclectic and definitely stood out. Chad very communicative and friendly. We wish we could have stayed longer!

This place is incredible! We come here yearly for a golf trip and the location is awesome. Walk to everything that matters, so convenient! Place is always spotless and comfortable. Will be back for a 3rd time!

I had an incredible stay! The Airbnb was clean and as described. The best part was that it’s walking distance to all the restaurants (2 minutes) and the beach (5 minutes). There was even beach chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon to carry it all in. There was plenty of room for me and my 4 friends to stay. The lights on the ceiling in the living room were also so fun and mesmerizing! I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone thinking about booking.

We hit GOLD booking this place! Already planning to return. This is the only rental THIS CLOSE to Siesta Beach & Village with a private outdoor space that I saw. Although you can hear the yard's surroundings, the fence is high and private. We walked through the village and on the beach daily. Coffee/doughnuts/restaurants/shopping are a 2 min walk away. (3 blocks) There is a grocery store you can practically see from the front yard. The unit was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The location was amazing, but keep in mind it is near a busy walking area.

We had an excellent stay! The location was perfect - walkable to restaurants, nightlife and the beach. Very cool spot with private hot tub and pool. Could use some additional lighting around the hot tub, the bathroom sink didn’t drain very well and there were also only 2 tiny ice trays. Other than those small points of feedback, everything else was perfect!

This place had it all! If you’re looking to stay in Siesta Key with a large group, I highly recommend this house. It was spacious, the perfect location, and the host was very accommodating and responsive. We were able to get into the house early, which was great. The house was close to the beach, shops and a lot of great bars and restaurants. I would stay here again!
